1954 — The Beginning
TRASMEC is founded in Casalbuttano ed Uniti, in the province of Cremona, Italy, initially designing and manufacturing conveyor systems for the agricultural sector.
1970–1980 — Expanding into the Wood Industry
TRASMEC begins collaborating with leading Italian contractors in the wood panel industry, establishing a strong position in a rapidly developing market. 1990 — Going International
TRASMEC expands beyond Italy, becoming a trusted partner for major wood-based panel manufacturers around the world and laying the foundations for its international growth.
2003 — TRASMEC Romania
The opening of the Romanian facility marks the beginning of TRASMEC’s international manufacturing network, strengthening the Group’s production capabilities.
2012 — TRASMEC China
TRASMEC establishes its presence in China in partnership with VYNCKE, bringing production and technical support closer to customers across the Asian market.
2020 — Partnership with VYNCKE
VYNCKE joins TRASMEC, creating a stronger international partnership and combining expertise in material handling, biomass and energy solutions. The collaboration further strengthens TRASMEC’s presence in the global biomass industry.
2023 — TRASMEC India
The opening of the Indian facility marks another important step in TRASMEC’s global expansion, strengthening the Group’s manufacturing network and presence in the Asian market.
2024 — A.R.C.E.M.I. Impianti
TRASMEC acquires a controlling stake in A.R.C.E.M.I. Impianti, a company with longstanding expertise in machinery and systems for the handling, lifting, extraction and dosing of powdered and granular materials.
2026 — BWF Chains
TRASMEC acquires a controlling stake in BWF Chains, strengthening its independence in the production of forged and mechanical chains. The investment secures a strategic component of TRASMEC’s machines while expanding the Group’s manufacturing capabilities for global markets.
