Employees with specific Customer Relationship Management Skills are real asset to our company. The whole Trasmec Italy team took part in the training session dedicated to our new CRM system during the 4th October. It gave to all Trasmec people more understanding and confidence, helped to strengthen the skills and gain knowledge in more specialist areas. But it was also important to exchange the views and opinions and share the ideas on the topic and this for sure contributed to enhance and develop our professional performance!
