The Group Headquarters
Located near Cremona, in Northern Italy, approximately one hour from Milan, TRASMEC Italy is the headquarters and engineering hub of the entire TRASMEC Group.
TRASMEC was founded in 1954, initially manufacturing conveying equipment for the agricultural industry. Over the following decades, the company expanded into the wood industry, first serving the Italian market and then developing an international presence during the 1990s.
Today, the Italian headquarters employs around 80 people and covers approximately 9,000 sqm. It is responsible for the development of construction drawings and engineering activities for all companies within the Group, ensuring a consistent technical approach across the different production sites.
Alongside its engineering activities, the facility also includes a production department, which in recent years has been mainly focused on the manufacturing of spare parts and chains.
From its origins in 1954 to its current international presence, TRASMEC Italy remains the technical and strategic center of the Group, supporting its subsidiaries and customers worldwide.
The TRASMEC Group generates an average annual turnover of approximately €55 million across all its facilities.
