TRASMEC Romania is one of the Group’s production sites, located in Cluj-Napoca. Established in 2003, the facility now employs around 30 people.
Over the past years, TRASMEC Romania has developed extensive experience in conveyor manufacturing and is able to produce a wide range of equipment designed by the Group’s Italian engineering team.
The facility covers approximately 7,000 sqm and is equipped with modern machinery for a wide range of mechanical processes, including bending, laser cutting and painting. These capabilities allow TRASMEC Romania to support and expand the Group’s production capacity while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Following its full integration into the TRASMEC Group in 2014, the Romanian facility has become an important production center for the Group.
Its strategic location also allows TRASMEC to be closer to customers in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, optimizing production, costs and lead times.
Today, TRASMEC Romania plays an important role in the production of engineered equipment for biomass and bulk material handling, combining Italian engineering with local manufacturing expertise.
