Trasmec Group is proud to announce the official inauguration of the new Customer Service Department (CSD) offices and the launch of BWF Chains production. This important event brought together the Trasmec Italy team and representatives of BWF Chains to celebrate two strategic milestones that mark a new phase of growth and development for the Group.
A stronger commitment to customer service
The new Customer Service Department has been created to provide our customers with an even more structured, efficient, and reliable support experience. Acting as the coordination hub for all Service and Aftermarket activities across the Trasmec Group, the CSD ensures that every request is managed with greater organization, traceability, and responsiveness.
Through closer collaboration between departments and improved communication flows, the new structure strengthens our ability to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment, with a continuous focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
BWF Chains: expanding our conveyor chain expertise
Alongside the inauguration of the CSD, Trasmec Group also celebrated the development of BWF Chains production, an important expansion of our industrial capabilities.
This new business area allows us to provide customized conveyor chain solutions for machine manufacturers, as well as replacement chains for existing equipment, including both Trasmec systems and machines from other manufacturers.
With BWF Chains, we are creating a dedicated international business unit focused on conveyor chains, combining technical expertise, flexibility, and a customer-oriented approach to better serve global markets.

The inauguration event represented more than the opening of new spaces and the launch of new activities. It was an opportunity to bring our teams together, share our vision for the future, and celebrate the collaboration and dedication that drive every achievement within Trasmec Group.
