This new space represents an important step in the growth of our operations in China. Equipped with three new overhead cranes, the workshop will be dedicated to final assembly after painting and to the storage of finished equipment ready for shipment.
This new organization will allow us to free up valuable space in our existing production areas, while creating a dedicated, clean and efficient environment for the final stages of our machines.
More space means better organization, smoother workflows and greater production capacity. But above all, it means creating the right environment for our people to work efficiently and continue delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Over the past few days, our Global Sales Manager has been traveling across Brazil, meeting with customers and visiting production facilities to strengthen existing partnerships and gain a deeper understanding of local operational needs.
One of the visits included the Agraria Guarapuava plant, where valuable discussions took place on current projects and future opportunities.

The new Customer Service Department has been created to provide our customers with an even more structured, efficient, and reliable support experience. Acting as the coordination hub for all Service and Aftermarket activities across the Trasmec Group, the CSD ensures that every request is managed with greater organization, traceability, and responsiveness.
Through closer collaboration between departments and improved communication flows, the new structure strengthens our ability to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment, with a continuous focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Alongside the inauguration of the CSD, Trasmec Group also celebrated the development of BWF Chains production, an important expansion of our industrial capabilities.
This new business area allows us to provide customized conveyor chain solutions for machine manufacturers, as well as replacement chains for existing equipment, including both Trasmec systems and machines from other manufacturers.
