This new space represents an important step in the growth of our operations in China. Equipped with three new overhead cranes, the workshop will be dedicated to final assembly after painting and to the storage of finished equipment ready for shipment.
This new organization will allow us to free up valuable space in our existing production areas, while creating a dedicated, clean and efficient environment for the final stages of our machines.
More space means better organization, smoother workflows and greater production capacity. But above all, it means creating the right environment for our people to work efficiently and continue delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Over the past few days, our Global Sales Manager has been traveling across Brazil, meeting with customers and visiting production facilities to strengthen existing partnerships and gain a deeper understanding of local operational needs.

In 2024, it will be a year of significant and important anniversaries for Trasmec. We recently kicked off the celebrations with Trasmec China, which commemorated its first 10 years. This branch emerged with the support of Vyncke, who aided us in expanding into the Asian market.
A special thanks goes to Dieter and Peter Vyncke, who personally joined us in this celebration, as well as our local “pillars,” Jacky Wu and Ignaas Declercke, without whom all of this would not have been possible. We echo the sentiments of our CEO, Roberto Moroni, in expressing gratitude to the incredible staff who, day by day, contribute to solidifying a prosperous future. As of today, Trasmec is actively engaged in projects spanning the entire Asian market, from India to Australia.

After months of work and start-up trials, our client Merino Group has successfully produced the first particleboard. We are extremely proud to have made a significant contribution to this project with our colleagues from Dieffenbacher and IMAL Srl.

The new production facility in Romania is progressing rapidly to become Trasmec’s largest production site, with an area of approximately 9,000 square meters.
In these days, on the occasion of the Shanghai International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair, we visited the Trasmec China headquarters in Suzhou, accompanied by our on-site director, Ignaas Declerck.
Construction works are progressing on the site of the new production facility in Romania.
This facility will reach unprecedented dimensions, occupying an area of approximately 9,000 square meters, making it the largest production site of Trasmec.

A winning bet in the bulk handling sector: Trasmec India was officially born on July 1st! A huge opportunity in a market like India, which is experiencing explosive growth. This facility will reach unprecedented dimensions, occupying an area of approximately 7,000 square meters, making it the largest production site of Trasmec.
What are the other advantages of our facility? It will feature a new automated building and a painting line with a sandblasting system. Keep following us to witness the realization of this great undertaking!
Trasmec will take part, from 15 to 19 May, in the 2023 edition of LIGNA (https://www.ligna.de), the World Market Place of Innovations for the Wood Industry, to be held in Hannover.
As members of the Panel Alliance we will be present in Hall 26 (stand E76)-dedicated to the wood based panel production- and in Hall 25 (stand J45), dedicated instead to the Energy Production (the best technologies for the revenue of energy from the dwindling wood resources).
Trasmec will be present, in partnership with IMAL, at the seventh edition of Delhiwood, the Trade Fair for Furniture Production Technologies, Woodworking Machinery, Tools, Fittings, Accessories, Raw Materials and Products.

On 23.12.19 we offically opened our new meeting room during the annual Aftersales Meeting, where all supervisors, designers, service and sales departments partecipated. The goal was set as always as follows: to list all issues and solutions we faced on the current year in order to share internally, to build a workteam and to provide our customers with a prompt support.
The meeting room took the name of Dante in honour of the Master of Italian Communication, Dante Aighieri, as well as in honour of Trasmec Founder, Mr Dante Moroni, which is no less important.
On this week Trasmec had the pleasure to welcome a delegation of Kastamonu Group, who had the possibility to visit our italian facility and focus on the quality of our production.
Kastamonu Group is customer of Trasmec since 2004, for PB line in Gebze, Turkey.

On the first day of Chinese year 2018 , the year of the dog, was celebrate the opening of the new production quarter of Trasmec china, which is shared with Vyncke company since 2012.
New building consists in 7000 squared meters, and can guarantee in the future a larger production for all Asian market.
