Trasmec offers disks and rollers separators with very simple and smart design, with the main scope to separate fresh wood’s oversize in biomass feeding systems or in wood panel preparation.
For disks separators, the shafts numbers from 4 to 16 permits to cover screening capacities up to 400 cubic meters per hour; possible clearance range is approx. from 10 to 80 mm.
Rollers separators are mostly suitable for bark, separating it from other fines not required by the boiler. They are equipped with a belt to let long pieces to get deposited on it and a moving floor underneath as cleaning system.
